Full Occupational Therapy Review
Within our specialist centre or school environment. This is a review update and must be taken within two years of the original full assessment.
- £387.50 (plus travel if applicable)
Regular In School Termly Review
Includes short report with updated recommendations.
- £310 (plus travel if applicable)
